There are 6 spare bulbs slightly darker blue in color. Some of the bulbs are loose so will be removed for transport. No chips or cracks. It has an inline on/off switch. The top blue star has been replaced also. Light bulb is not included. Item will be mailed in a large box for safety and protection in transit.
