VTG Ceramic Christmas Tree 22 ATLANTIC MOLD Music Eidelweis Magnificent Lights. This grand tree measures more than 22 to the top of the star. Truly magnificent in scale and beauty. All the ceramic and lighting components are original. The Atlantic Mold Christmas tree #4648. Lights plus extras for all slots (some original, some have been replaced over the years). 1 Star for top of tree (not original). 1 original Edison bulb in working condition. 1 Atlantic Mold Tree Stand with an attached, working music box that plays “Eidelweiss” from Sound of Music. 1 original light fixture and cord in working condition. Original dust & glitter from Christmas past. Condition: I can detect one small flake on the tip of one branch (circled in final photo). Other white spots are light reflections. Also, the tree has a glazed over fissure that dates back to before it was fired (see photo). I have owned and loved this tree for years and I can tell you that the fissure is stable, as the glaze has bound it for 50 or more years. Also, as a note, I have always used museum wax where the tree meets the base (you can see some of the residue in the photos). You don’t need to use museum wax, but it keep the tree stable.
